Every website plan runs for 12 months, whether you pay monthly or in full. Paying monthly means your first month is due at signup, and work starts as soon as it's paid. If you cancel a monthly plan before the 12 months are up, the remaining balance is payable — the website is built and delivered long before it is paid for. You can also pay it off early at any time and own the site immediately. Plans cover standard informational pages with a contact form. Anything that takes payment, books appointments, stores a client login or connects to other software is quoted separately before work begins.

GETTING STARTED
How fast can my site be live?
Seen Web Basic goes live within 1 week. Seen Web Standard goes live within 3 weeks. Seen Web Pro goes live within 28 days. The clock starts once your first payment and all your content are received.
I already have a website — can you just manage it, without rebuilding?
Often, yes. We start with a free compatibility review. If your site is in good shape, we take it over on a care plan from $39/month — no rebuild. If the review turns up problems, we’ll send you a separate report showing what a fix or rebuild would cost, so you can decide. Either way, you’ll know before you commit to anything.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Do I have to use video?
Every Seen Social plan includes it. But if video isn’t right for your business you can swap video slots for static posts one-for-one, any time — just ask. Your price doesn’t change either way.
Can my site have an online store, bookings or a client login?
Yes. These are built as functionality on top of your website and are quoted before any work begins, with a one-time build fee and a small monthly fee that covers keeping it working. A booking system, payment setup or a single integration can be added to Seen Web Standard. Stores and client logins are built on Seen Web Pro.
What if I don’t use my posts one month?
Monthly allowances don’t carry over — we reserve the time whether or not it’s used. But if we’re ever late, we always make it good.
Who owns my social accounts?
They’re created in your name, on your email, with access granted to us. You keep every account, follower and post if you leave.
Do you provide the images and content?
Yes — image sourcing is included. We use professional stock photography and create custom AI-assisted visuals so your site looks great from day one, and we’ll polish any photos you send us. If you want a professional photo shoot of your real team or space, or a specific premium-licensed image, that’s billed separately. We never present a stock or AI image as your real customers, staff, or results.

Will my price go up?
Your plan price is locked for your first 12 months. After that, care prices may adjust modestly with advance notice — never mid-term, and never as a surprise on your statement.
Who owns my website, and when?
Your domain is yours from day one, in your name — we never hold it as security. The website itself transfers to you once your plan is paid in full: immediately if you pay upfront, or at the end of your 12-month term. You can also pay it off early at any time. After transfer it’s yours free and clear, and we hand over everything within 5 business days.
Why is the annual price lower — what’s the catch?
No catch — it’s two different things depending on the service. On a website plan, paying the year upfront saves you $120 or $240 and you own the site at launch instead of at month 12. On care, social and SEO, committing to 12 months gets you a lower monthly rate — you’re still billed monthly, nothing upfront. If you leave one of those early, you pay back only the discount you already received, never the remaining months.
Can I pay off my website early?
Yes, at any time. You pay the remaining whole months of your term at your monthly rate, and the website becomes yours immediately. No fee for doing it, and no penalty.
What happens if a payment fails?
We’ll retry and get in touch. Your site stays up for 14 days while we sort it out. Nothing is canceled before 45 days — and your domain and your own content stay yours regardless.
LEAVING
Can I cancel?
Your build plan runs for the initial 12 months, because the monthly payments finance your website. After that, care plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice, no fees. And whatever happens, your domain and content always go with you. If you ever need to leave early, your agreement spells out simple options in plain English.
SEO
Isn’t SEO already included?
The foundation is: your Google profile, your local listings, on-page setup and tracking all come with your care plan. Seen SEO is the next step — new content and new pages built to win searches you don’t rank for yet.
How long before I see SEO results?
