The lesson from the work: Small businesses do not need another web designer. They need someone who stays — who keeps the site current, answers the same day and treats their presence like it matters every month.
That work has been on both sides of the journey — with entrepreneurs getting online for the very first time, and with established businesses that were already running but wanted to grow so needed to be found more often.
