Pricing FAQ
I already have a website — can you just manage it, without rebuilding?
A: Often, yes. We start with a free compatibility review. If your site is in good shape, we take it over on a care plan from $39/month — no rebuild. If the review turns up problems, we’ll send you a separate report showing what a fix or rebuild would cost, so you can decide. Either way, you’ll know before you commit to anything.
Can I cancel?
A: Your build plan runs for the initial 12 months, because the monthly payments finance your website. After that, care plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice, no fees. And whatever happens, your domain and content always go with you. If you ever need to leave early, your agreement spells out simple options in plain English.
Why is the annual price lower — what’s the catch?
A: No catch. Paying annually gives us predictable cash flow and less billing overhead, so we pass the savings back to you — $120/year on Basic, $240/year on Pro. Monthly stays available at $0 down for anyone who prefers to spread it out. Either way you get the same site and service.
Will my price go up?
A: Your plan price is locked for your first 12 months. After that, care prices may adjust modestly with advance notice — never mid-term, and never as a surprise on your statement.
What does my monthly plan actually include?
A: Your website built and hosted, security monitoring and daily backups, software updates, your monthly small-edit allowance (1 on Basic, 4 on Pro), professional email forwarding at your domain, and — on Pro — Google Business Profile setup and a monthly Seen Report. It all keeps running for as long as you’re with us; the build cost simply falls off after year one.
What counts as a “small edit,” and what if I need more than my monthly allowance?
A: A small edit is a change that takes our team under about 30 minutes — text updates, swapping an image, changing hours or prices, adding a testimonial, and so on. You get 1 per month on Basic and 4 on Pro. Need more in a given month? Additional edits are just $25 each — and if you regularly need more, we’ll suggest moving up a plan so you get better value. New pages, redesigns, and new features are separate, flat-priced, and always quoted before we start.
Do you provide the images and content?
A: Yes — image sourcing is included. We use professional stock photography and create custom AI-assisted visuals so your site looks great from day one, and we’ll polish any photos you send us. If you want a professional photo shoot of your real team or space, or a specific premium-licensed image, that’s billed separately. We never present a stock or AI image as your real customers, staff, or results.
Do I get a business email address?
A: Every plan includes professional email forwarding at your domain (like hello@yourbusiness.com) that lands in the inbox you already use, set up so you can send from it too. Want full standalone mailboxes? We set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 in your own account for a one-time $99 — the provider bills you directly (about $7 per user per month), so your email is always yours.
Do you pay for my domain, ads, or other third-party services?
A: Hosting, security, and backups are covered in your plan. Your domain (about $11/year — you own it), any advertising budget, and premium tools stay on your own card, in your name. We don’t mark up or front those costs, so you’ll never get a surprise pass-through invoice.
How fast can my site be live?
A: Seen Basic launches within 7 days of receiving your content, and Seen Pro within 21 days — or your first month is free. Custom builds go live within 28 days. The clock starts once we have what we need from you; a short intake form and one kickoff call is the whole lift on your side.
What are your guarantees?
A: Four, all in writing: small edits done within 2 business days (or that month’s care is free); on-time launch (7–21 days by plan, or your first month is free); a human reply within 1 business day; and no hostages — your domain and content are yours from day one, and the site is fully yours once paid.
